A STUDY ON M-COMMERCE OPPORTUNITIES AND TRENDS
Abstract
The way consumers conduct business has been completely transformed by the quick development of mobile technology, and as a result, mobile commerce, or m-commerce, has become a major force in the retail sector. With an emphasis on consumer preferences, behaviours, and the effects of technology advancements on mobile shopping experiences, this study attempts to investigate the most recent trends and prospects in m-commerce. Questionnaire method was used to collect data and statistical tools including chi square tests used to analyse the relationship between M-commerce opportunities and trends. Findings from the study offer insightful information that will help companies, marketers, legislators, and scholars understand how the m-commerce industry is changing.
