The study aims to investigate workplace safety and worker protection in the automobile sector with an emphasis on integrating new technologies This study examines methods and best practices for raising safety requirements in auto manufacturing facilities. It explores strategies and best practices aimed at enhancing safety standards within automobile manufacturing facilities. The study focuses on safety training, personal protective equipment, incident reporting, and advanced hazard prevention technologies. The research design adopted a descriptive approach, utilizing questionnaires for primary data collection and analysing secondary online data. The study's aims to provide valuable insights for improving worker protection and fostering a safer work environment.
