A STUDY ON MATHEMATICAL INDICATORS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTOR IN SHARE MARKET
Abstract
Purpose: this study is to analyse the values of shares through the application of moving average and oscillator methods. The focus will be on studying the past one-year closing prices of three Information Technology companies. Additionally, the research aims to underscore the significance and effectiveness of mathematical indicators in the context of stock trading.
Research methodology: In this study the simple moving average, Exponential Moving Average and Oscillators were used.
Data collection: secondary data from website
Findings: TCS is a possible long-term investment because of its favorable trajectory, whilst Wipro and Infosys only exhibit slight declines. Creating long-term and short-term investing plans is aided by the analysis of chart patterns.
Suggestion It is recommendation Investing for the long term, diversifying across firms, forecasting stock prices based on risk tolerance, buying during small upward trends and selling during downturns, and keeping up with daily market behaviour and sector dynamics.
Conclusion It conclude in the study is information technology sector currently favourable condition to make investment were some of the leading company show upwards trend and giving buying signal to investors.
