THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KAZAN COURTS AND THEIR ARCHIVAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF TASHKENT

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of studying local archives through the prism of the source analysis of archival documents of the Kazian courts of Tashkent, namely, the Kazian clerical materials reflecting interesting aspects of the social life of the population that remained out of the field of view of researchers and were not introduced into scientific circulation.
