Abstract
Stress in the workplace is a multifaceted phenomenon influenced by various factors including workload, interpersonal conflicts, organizational culture, and job insecurity. Left unaddressed, chronic stress can lead to diminished performance, absenteeism, and even physical and mental health issues among employees. Therefore, implementing effective stress management techniques is crucial for maintaining a healthy work environment and promoting employee satisfaction and productivity.
